'Excellence is the Standard'
In 2025 The Willows State School underwent a School-led review as part of the Department of Education's 4-year strategic planning cycle. This processes involved significant consultation with students, staff and community stakeholders.
The school's motto of 'Excellence is the Standard' was re-endorsed for a further four years in the school's Strategic Plan 2026-2029.
At The Willows State School, our three core values guide all aspects of school life:
