The Willows State School operates under an Enrolment Management Plan. Families are encouraged to check out our Catchment area page prior to contacting the school, as enrolment priority is given to students whose principal place or residence is within our defined catchment.
Enrolment packages are available from the school office Monday to Friday. Families must provide a copy of the child's birth certificate and proof of residence within the catchment area. Acceptable proof includes a current rates notice or lease agreement in the enrolling parent or legal guardian's name. Additional documentation may be required to confirm residency.
Out of Town Enquiries
Families intending to move into the catchment area may request an enrolment package by emailing the required documentation to admin@thewillowsss.eq.edu.au
Out of catchment applications are considered where capacity allows and are managed in accordance with the school's Enrolment Management Plan.
All prospective students and their parent/caregiver are required to attend an enrolment interview with a member of the school's Leadership Team. This provides an opportunity to discuss your child/ren's needs and ask any questions about our school.
All students enrolling must undertake an enrolment interview with one of our Leadership team members which gives parents and students an opportunity to ask questions about the school.
