Each week during school terms we run our Pre-Prep program 'The Willows Warriors.' Students are eligible to attend Willows Warriors in the year prior to their enrolment in Prep. Students attend with their parents and are assisted to facilitate their child's learning by one of our Early Years Teachers.
Details:
- Location: Willows Warriors Room, A Pod, The Willows State School
- Day: Wednesdays, weekly during school terms
- Time: 9:00 – 11:15am or 12:30 – 2:45pm
- Target audience: Children who will be eligible to attend Prep at The Willows State School in 2023 (born 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2018)
- Program: Children and parents will engage in fun learning experiences such as imaginative play, outdoor activities, craft, painting, shared book reading and songs in preparation for beginning Prep in 2023
- You will need to bring: A healthy morning/afternoon tea snack for your child, wide-brim hat and water bottle
- Cost: Nil
